These terms apply to every quote issued and every event catered by to be confirmed.

Quote and booking

A quote is valid for 14 days. The date is confirmed when the deposit stated on the quote has been received; until then it remains available to other clients.

Deposit and payment

The deposit is to be confirmed of the quoted amount and is payable on acceptance. The balance is due after the event, on the invoice.

Cancellation

Cancellation by the client: to be confirmed. Cancellation by Burgergate for reasons beyond our control (illness, vehicle failure, force majeure) leads to a full refund of the deposit.

Weather

The truck and the gazebo operate in most weather. Where the venue cannot offer a sheltered or safe spot, Burgergate may postpone the service in agreement with the client.

Power and access

The client provides two power outlets on two separate circuits for a private event, a flat accessible spot of 4 by 2 metres for the truck or 3 by 3 metres for the gazebo, and the permits the venue requires.

Liability

Burgergate holds professional liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the event.
