For a private event we typically need two power outlets on two separate circuits (16 A each). For larger events we discuss the power available on site and bring the right equipment.

Question 2

How much space does the truck take?

Accepted Answer

The truck is 4 by 2 metres and needs a flat, accessible spot. The gazebo is 3 by 3 metres and goes where a vehicle cannot.

Question 3

How long do setup and teardown take?

Accepted Answer

The truck is ready about 30 minutes after arrival and packed up 15 minutes after the last burger. The gazebo needs about an hour to set up and 30 minutes to take down.

Question 4

Indoor or outdoor? What if it rains?

Accepted Answer

The truck lives outdoors; the gazebo covers the kitchen and the queue when the weather turns. For indoor venues we discuss ventilation and access first.

We are used to everything from a few dozen guests to festivals with thousands of people, and we scale the setup to the crowd.
